What we store, and why
This policy explains, in line with the GDPR (DSGVO), what happens to your personal data when you visit this website. Personal data is any data by which you could be personally identified.
Who is responsible, and how we collect data

Your data is collected, on the one hand, when you provide it to us — for example by posting on the Idea Wall or signing up via the "Join us" form. Other data, such as browser type or time of access, is collected automatically by our hosting infrastructure as soon as you visit the site.
Hosting and server log files
This website is delivered by our hosting provider’s infrastructure. Like almost any web host, it automatically records basic access data in server log files that your browser transmits automatically: browser type and version, operating system, referrer URL, hostname of the accessing device, time of the server request and IP address. This happens on the basis of Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, our legitimate interest in the technical stability and security of the website, and is deleted automatically after a short period.
Local storage (site preferences)
We save your theme, language, reading-font and text-size choices in your browser’s local storage. This data stays on your device, is never transmitted to us, and is used only to remember your settings on return visits (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, legitimate interest in a working, accessible site).
Idea Wall submissions
The Idea Wall uses an embedded form from Tally. When the form loads or you submit it, your browser connects to Tally and the information you enter is processed there for the club. Submitting is voluntary and based on your consent under Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR. Leave the name field blank if you prefer not to provide it.

Your rights
You have the right to request information, correction, deletion, restriction, portability and to object where applicable. Clear this site’s browser data to remove local display preferences. For form responses or other data held by the club, contact us at [contact email]. You may also lodge a complaint with a data-protection supervisory authority.
